The Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver Program is a non-profit organization that focuses on building 1 to 1 mentoring relationships through virtual and in-person weekly meetings. A mentor such as myself is matched with a little buddy (mentee). Through workshops and these weekly sessions, leadership and empathy skills are naturally greatly developed.
